Aligned Accelerator is a flexible six-session package designed to give you momentum and support when you’re at a crossroads. Aligned in Practice is a structured 12-week immersion with curriculum and coaching, created for a deeper, guided transformation. If you're looking for a focused sprint to get clear on your next move, start with the Accelerator. If you're ready for a complete internal and external transformation, the Immersion is for you.


How is this program different from other leadership training I’ve taken?
Most programs work from the outside in, giving you more information to consume. We work from the inside out. Instead of just adding new "apps," we help you upgrade your core "operating system." A key part of this is our proprietary "Aligned in Practice Toolkit," which provides a structured process for true integration, ensuring this isn't just another course you take, but a new way of being you embody.

What is the real time commitment?
Both coaching paths are designed for women who are already balancing full plates.

Aligned Accelerator → Six private sessions, typically every 2 weeks. Beyond the 60-minute calls, you’ll have light reflections or practices to weave into daily life.
Aligned in Practice → A 12-week immersion with six coaching sessions (every other week) plus a short weekly curriculum. The readings and reflection prompts take less than 30 minutes, and the real “work” is applying small shifts in your day-to-day leadership.

Can my company pay for this?
